QUALITY PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
Our extensive inventory includes only the finest party and event equipment. We have literally thousands of items in our inventory, and we're always updating and expanding this inventory to ensure all our products are in perfect condition.
PRODUCT CARE
Sanitation: All dishes and flatware are sanitized in accordance with Wisconsin state food services and health codes. Every item is inspected before it leaves our premises
In-House Laundry: This dedicated department ensures that all table linens and napkins are cleaned and pressed to meet our stringent standards.
Tent Care: All tents receive exceptional care in cleaning, storage, set up, and take down. Each tent is inspected and hand or machine washed prior to all rentals to ensure cleanliness and quality
Special Packaging: All items are specially and carefully packaged for cleanliness and safe transport. For example, china and glassware come in special racks, white wood chairs are individually bagged, and all tents are laid out on a drop cloth not the ground.
EVENT LAYOUT AND DESIGN
With our CAD computer system you can visualize your event through "blueprints" and 3-dimensional diagrams. All plans are in scale to eliminate the guesswork on maximizing space and meeting requirements.
RESERVATION SYSTEM
Our sophisticated reservation and inventory control system ensures accuracy and timeliness of orders.
