All rates are quoted based on an event up to 5 days (includes setup and take down). Weekends are considered a one day rental. Please call our office for long term rates. Prices are subject to change with out notice.
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, a deposit using MasterCard or Visa is required when you make a reservation. The balance will be charged to the card before delivery. Open accounts and Corporate accounts subject to Net 10 Days after the event.
Damage Waiver is offered to relieve the renter of liability for accidental damage to rented items, it is available on dishes, glassware, and flatware. It is available for a fee of 8% of the rental amount. All broken items must be returned to McVey. Damage waiver is not refundable and must be requested before delivery
Delivery and pickup is available on any size order with a fee based on the zip code destination. Delivery and Pickup is based on ground floor, dock , or curbside delivery. Additional fees will be charged for long carries, flights of stairs, other than ground floor, before 7am, after 6pm, or any other delivery /pickup that requires other than normal labor. On pickup, unless prior arrangements have been made all equipment must be placed in their original containers and tables and chairs stacked as delivered. Customized delivery, pickup, setup, and takedown can be arranged, please call for information.
We are happy to provide this service for all rental items. Please call us for fees.
